Icônes SVG Lucide (chat, voix, review, nav). Contexte appdata : phase+outils
dans le header, badge d'assets en attente dans la nav, refresh après
décision ; Review consomme appdata. Build OK, 0 vuln.

Palier de risque : reversible (front).
